You're Blessed - This Kind God Oooo

This kind God oo
I never see Your type oo
This kind God oo
Blessed by Your Holy name

I was blessed by Bishop J B Masinde on Saturday during QEG. He minstered and Blessed us. A Father's Blessing. May God Bless Him and his family abundantly. He said in this year of Jublilee, the time is ripe, it is the time for God to Act. He quoted from the Message bible. One of the passages he quoted was

Isaiah 49:8-12

God also says:
“When the time’s ripe, I answer you.
When victory’s due, I help you.
I form you and use you
to reconnect the people with me,
To put the land in order,
to resettle families on the ruined properties.
I tell prisoners, ‘Come on out. You’re free!’
and those huddled in fear, ‘It’s all right. It’s safe now.’
There’ll be foodstands along all the roads,
picnics on all the hills—
Nobody hungry, nobody thirsty,
shade from the sun, shelter from the wind,
For the Compassionate One guides them,
takes them to the best springs.
I’ll make all my mountains into roads,
turn them into a superhighway.
Look: These coming from far countries,
and those, out of the north,
These streaming in from the west,
and those from all the way down the Nile!”

I was browsing the message Bible and loved this passage, Matthew 5, in the Message Bible. Be Blessed.

You’re Blessed

5

1-2When Jesus saw his ministry drawing huge crowds, he climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to him, the committed, climbed with him. Arriving at a quiet place, he sat down and taught his climbing companions. This is what he said:

3“You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.

4“You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you.

5“You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.

6“You’re blessed when you’ve worked up a good appetite for God. He’s food and drink in the best meal you’ll ever eat.

7“You’re blessed when you care. At the moment of being ‘care-full,’ you find yourselves cared for.

8“You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.

9“You’re blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. That’s when you discover who you really are, and your place in God’s family.

10“You’re blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God’s kingdom.

11-12“Not only that—count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to discredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable. You can be glad when that happens—give a cheer, even!—for though they don’t like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble.

Salt and Light

13“Let me tell you why you are here. You’re here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You’ve lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.

14-16“Here’s another way to put it: You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand. Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.

Completing God’s Law

17-18“Don’t suppose for a minute that I have come to demolish the Scriptures—either God’s Law or the Prophets. I’m not here to demolish but to complete. I am going to put it all together, pull it all together in a vast panorama. God’s Law is more real and lasting than the stars in the sky and the ground at your feet. Long after stars burn out and earth wears out, God’s Law will be alive and working.

19-20“Trivialize even the smallest item in God’s Law and you will only have trivialized yourself. But take it seriously, show the way for others, and you will find honor in the kingdom. Unless you do far better than the Pharisees in the matters of right living, you won’t know the first thing about entering the kingdom.

Murder

21-22“You’re familiar with the command to the ancients, ‘Do not murder.’ I’m telling you that anyone who is so much as angry with a brother or sister is guilty of murder. Carelessly call a brother ‘idiot!’ and you just might find yourself hauled into court. Thoughtlessly yell ‘stupid!’ at a sister and you are on the brink of hellfire. The simple moral fact is that words kill.

23-24“This is how I want you to conduct yourself in these matters. If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, abandon your offering, leave immediately, go to this friend and make things right. Then and only then, come back and work things out with God.

25-26“Or say you’re out on the street and an old enemy accosts you. Don’t lose a minute. Make the first move; make things right with him. After all, if you leave the first move to him, knowing his track record, you’re likely to end up in court, maybe even jail. If that happens, you won’t get out without a stiff fine.

Adultery and Divorce

27-28“You know the next commandment pretty well, too: ‘Don’t go to bed with another’s spouse.’ But don’t think you’ve preserved your virtue simply by staying out of bed. Your heart can be corrupted by lust even quicker than your body. Those leering looks you think nobody notices—they also corrupt.

29-30“Let’s not pretend this is easier than it really is. If you want to live a morally pure life, here’s what you have to do: You have to blind your right eye the moment you catch it in a lustful leer. You have to choose to live one-eyed or else be dumped on a moral trash pile. And you have to chop off your right hand the moment you notice it raised threateningly. Better a bloody stump than your entire being discarded for good in the dump.

31-32“Remember the Scripture that says, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him do it legally, giving her divorce papers and her legal rights’? Too many of you are using that as a cover for selfishness and whim, pretending to be righteous just because you are ‘legal.’ Please, no more pretending. If you divorce your wife, you’re responsible for making her an adulteress (unless she has already made herself that by sexual promiscuity). And if you marry such a divorced adulteress, you’re automatically an adulterer yourself. You can’t use legal cover to mask a moral failure.

Empty Promises

33-37“And don’t say anything you don’t mean. This counsel is embedded deep in our traditions. You only make things worse when you lay down a smoke screen of pious talk, saying, ‘I’ll pray for you,’ and never doing it, or saying, ‘God be with you,’ and not meaning it. You don’t make your words true by embellishing them with religious lace. In making your speech sound more religious, it becomes less true. Just say ‘yes’ and ‘no.’ When you manipulate words to get your own way, you go wrong.

Love Your Enemies

38-42“Here’s another old saying that deserves a second look: ‘Eye for eye, tooth for tooth.’ Is that going to get us anywhere? Here’s what I propose: ‘Don’t hit back at all.’ If someone strikes you, stand there and take it. If someone drags you into court and sues for the shirt off your back, giftwrap your best coat and make a present of it. And if someone takes unfair advantage of you, use the occasion to practice the servant life. No more tit-for-tat stuff. Live generously.

43-47“You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’ and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’ I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you, do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that.

48“In a word, what I’m saying is, Grow up. You’re kingdom subjects. Now live like it. Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you.”

10,000 Reasons and more

Lyrics from Matt Redman 10,000 Reasons

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, Worship His holy name, Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name.

The sun comes up; it's a new day dawning, It's time to sing Your song again. Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me, Let me be singing when the evening comes.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, Worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name.

You're rich in love and You're slow to anger. Your name is great and Your heart is kind. For all Your goodness, I will keep on singing, 10,000 reasons for my heart to find.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, Worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name.

And on that day when my strength is failing, The end draws near and my time has come, Still my soul will sing Your praise unending, 10,000 years and then forever more.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, Worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, Worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name, I worship Your holy name, I worship Your holy name.

Sing like never before, O my soul, I worship Your holy name, I worship Your holy name, I worship Your holy name.

Today Is the second anniversary of my re-dedication to God. My heart is full of gratitude to the point I was very inarticulate in prayer today morning. Oh I love the Lord. May he grant that I am not a liar and my actions testify to my love of him. May his praise always be on my lips.

He drew me back to him in so many amazing ways including a Hindu friend who never gave up on inviting me to caroling sessions and services and I used to say no but some I went and who gave her life to Christ, she wanted to know this savior and she still considered herself a Hindu, a neighbor I mistakenly fell for who was my priest when I wasn't going to church, he would answer my questions and he was part of the reason I went for a programme to church, my flatmate who was so loving and invited me back to church by inviting me to a programme at her church, my flatmate's friend from Dubai who used to invite me to cell group bible study sessions. When I look back I am in amazement, overcome by his love. That when the devil should have been doing a dance gig over my life, God turned it around. Hallelujah!! And everything that has happened in my life brought me to this point. I was loved even before I knew it. And on that Sunday morning under the ministration of Pastor Prince Obasi-ike I felt like if I got to the gate of heaven I couldn't deny that I had been drawn back to church, it was real for me, and so I wouldn't have an excuse as to why I didn't accept it openly or verbally so while still in sin and not understanding everything, I rededicated my life back to God and I have seen the good work that he has began in me. Totally amazing e.g I thought that my attraction to women was part of my biology only for me to notice it had completely changed a few months after I re-didicated my life. Desire is spiritual as well as physical. I thank God for those who prayed and pray over my life. May the Good Lord bless them to astonishment. God bless everyone.

My Joy is to do the work of God.

Today for my morning devotion I read

Open Heavens 2-July-2013 You will make it. Excerpts: You too will not fail God over His purpose for your life. If you truly want to finish Strong. By the Grace of God, I will finish my course. Nothing must take heaven from you. You will finish strong. You will make it. Ask God for more grace daily. Grace is the antidote to your problems and challenges. Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not? - 2 Corinthians 11:29

Open Heavens 7-September-2013 Desires Drive Temptations. Most times what we like is what the devil uses to ensnare us. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. - James 1:14 Because of Heaven you might have to deny yourself of something you love.

Open Heavens 15-September-2013 Something new is coming. Try something new.

Open Heavens 11-September-2013 Watch for signs. Ask for grace not to lose divine messages. Watch and pray. There is need for works to give life to your faith. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. - James 2:18

This is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice, we will rejoice and be glad in it and be glad in it. This is the day that the lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made.

I thank you my father for your mercy and grace and for bringing me this far. Thank you Lord for loving me. Jehovah Tsidkenu, Lord of my salvation perfect everything concerning me. Cause my lines to fall in pleasant places and carry me on eagles wings. Bless this day and may your praise be always on my lips. Grant that all of me may honor you. May my strength, eyes, ears, mind, spirit, heart and soul honor you all my days. May we bow before you and sit with you in heavenly places. Take this day and make it yours. Lord may I serve you and May the earth fill with the perfume of your redeeming love. Lord grant that I may finish well that I may say like paul, I have run the race and I have kept the faith. Father, grant favour and blessings to all those around me. I pray all this in the precious name of your son and our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

I am glad I got to mark and celebrate the day with some yogurt together with two friends from church today after the mid week service.

Love Makes the World Go Round

In Memory of Take the Bull by the Horns - RCCG Solution Centre 24-8-13 - personal meditation on 1 John 4. I thank you Lord for your light and love.

God is Love (1 John 4:8 and 16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) → If you believe he came in the flesh and is the son of God, you believe in the love of God → And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (I John 4:3) → Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God (1 John 4:15) → Love dwelleth in Him. → We love him, because he first loved us (I John 4:19) → The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:18-19) → Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him (John 14:23) - The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10) → But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. (Luke 6:35) → Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again (Luke 6:30) → Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4) → They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them (1 John 4:5) → We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error (1 John 4:6) → Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God (1 John 4:7) → He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. (1 John 4:8)

I John 4

1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.

14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

19 We love him, because he first loved us.

20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Beloved, let us return to the mercy seat where time began and may Christ be made manifest in you and love abound.

Father of Mercy and Love. Keep us in your amazing love. May your love be made perfect in us. Forgive us our sins. Keep us from temptation. May the blood of your precious son Jesus Christ cover us. Father of Mercy heal us for your glory. Father, I love you. Thank you Father for you loved us. Thank you for your son. Thank you for salvation. Thank you for leaving your spirit until your work is done. May your Kingdom come. May your perfect will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We bless you lord for your tender mercies and loving kindness. Father we adore you, Jesus we adore you, Spirit we adore you. Thank you Father, Thank you Jesus, Thank you Holy Spirit. May your word never depart from our hearts and from our mouths for I pray all this in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, Amen.

Healing rain is coming down
It's coming nearer to this old town
Rich and poor, weak and strong
It's bringing mercy, it won't be long

Healing rain is coming down
It's coming closer to the lost and found
Tears of joy, and tears of shame
Are washed forever in Jesus' name

Healing rain, it comes with fire
So let it fall and take us higher
Healing rain, I'm not afraid
To be washed in Heaven's rain

Lift your heads, let us return
To the mercy seat where time began
And in your eyes, I see the pain
Come soak this dry heart with healing rain

And only You, the Son of man
Can take a leper and let him stand
So lift your hands, they can be held
By someone greater, the great I Am

Healing rain, it comes with fire
So let it fall and take us higher
Healing rain, I'm not afraid
To be washed in Heaven's rain

To be washed in Heaven's rain...

Healing rain is falling down
Healing rain is falling down
I'm not afraid
I'm not afraid...

(Lyrics from the Song Healing Rain – Michael W Smith).

That we may be one - and multiply

Monday 19-8-13 Devotion. Excerpts from two devotionals

Open Heavens 9-12-13 Move on to Multiplication. God Loves fruitful people. He loves progressive increase but prefers multiplication. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth - Genesis 1:28 10 souls monthly and mentor them to the point of getting ten souls.

Open Heavens 14-9-13 Go contrary always. ..Walk in the spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. - Galatians 5:16. Always go contrary to the expectation of the devil. Never worship him.

Open Heavens 19-8-13 He Judges his ministers. The fear the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom … - Psalm 111:10 God still judges his servants. Tread carefully and fear him. Miriam, Aaron – Numbers 12.

My Utmost for His Highest 24-4 Warning against wantoning. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject to you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. - Luke 10:20 Our work begins where God's sovereign grace has laid the foundation. We are not to save but to disciple.

My Utmost for His Highest 19-8-13 Self consciousness. Beware if anything that is going to split up your oneness with Him and make you see yourself separately. Come unto me...- Matthew 11:28

My Father and Lord I thank you and I bless your holy name. There is none like you. I thank you that you desired fellowship with us. That you gave us your son and restored that fellowship. Father as the Church of Christ, may we be one with him as his bride. May we be one as you are one. May we submit ourselves to him who loved us that he gave up his life for us. Father, in the name of Jesus may we always walk in your spirit and not in the lust of our flesh. Keep us from temptation and from pride. As your kings, priests and army in this world may nothing separate us from you. Thank you Father that you loved us that you sent us your son. May we always be one with your son Jesus Christ and rejoice that by our belief in Him by the power of His blood and resurrection, our names have been written in the book of life. Father help us to step out for you and preach the gospel to all nations teaching them to observe all that you have commanded. Thank you Jesus our redeemer that you are with us. Thank you holy spirit our helper. Thank you Father our Creator and Lord and Lover of our soul and author of our redemption. Be with us now and always for I pray all this in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

As the deer panteth for the waters so my soul longeth after thee. You alone are my hearts desire and I long to worship thee ....

I want you more than Gold or silver, Only you can satisfy. You alone are the real joy giver and the apple of my eye...

You are my friend and you are my brother even though you are a King. I love you more than any other, so much more than anything...

You alone are my strength and my shield, to you alone may my spirit flee. You alone are my hearts desire and I long to worship thee. Lord I long to worship thee, Lord I long to worship thee. (Lyrics of the song As a deer – Randy Rothwell and Mary Nystrom Album Praise and Worship for small groups volume 2)

As high as the heavens are above the earth so great is the Fathers love. So far as the east is from the west so far has he taken our sin from us … For his anger lasts only a moment but his favour lasts for a lifetime. Weeping may remain for a night but rejoicing comes in the morning. As high as the heavens are above the earth so great is the Fathers love. (From the song As high as the heavens)

Living Life without Limits - Four Lepers did what an army couldn't do

Sunday Sermon 18-8-13 RCCG Solution Centre

Deacon George preaching on Living Life without Limits.

2 Kings 7:3-9

Four Lepers did what an army couldn't do

The redemption. Jesus came to restore us to the original plan. To give us life and life in abundance.

We say the child of a snake is a snake so likewise, the child of a winner is a winner.

Journey to generous promotion must start with knowledge of our present location and position.

God has a plan for us and wants to take us to another level. The location of the four Lepers. They were outside. Leprosy was incurable at that point and considered spiritually unclean. They were physically hurt – bodies with wounds. They were emotionally hurt – separated. They were financially hurt – limited means to make a living. And they were spiritually hurt – separated. They all had a serious problem leading them to death.

Psalm 34:19 – Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

Expectation will never be cut short.

Isaiah 43:2 – When thou passest through waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

God will. Stand with hope knowing somehow a way will be found.

2) It is not enough to know your environment, to know your sorrow and pain but you need to confront them.

These men had every reason to be bitter and to feel bad and even reject God but they said 'Why stay here until we die? - 2 Kings 7:3. Until that question comes to you, you cannot go higher.

Yes it is well as I am a child of God but how long will I stay in this situation. e.g you cannot do anything extra for development. Some have worked for 20 years with nothing to show for it except for a tent and clothes. Approaching 40 and say 'where are you going', what is the future for you.

Must come to the point where we confront life and speak to ourselves candidly.

Why remain in that job, in that relationship, that sin, that business, in sorrow, in pain.

Convenant people there is a future for you.

Genesis 42:1 - Why do you just keep looking at each other? (When during famine Jacob saw there was corn in Egypt and he told his sons) Where 12 men are eating, it is not a joke. He provoked them to do something, to trust God, to think outside the box.

A time comes when you must rock the boat and like peter, step out and walk on water.

You are not leaving the job but you complain. Instead of spoiling their name, leave.

Why do you keep lamenting and not do anything about it?

The lepers longed for something better.

The higher the level of operation, the less the toiling. People who make money, they don't sweat off the street. Smart people make millions sitting.

You must conceive it before you receive it. Like Abraham – as far as you can see - look at the starts.

Pray God will give you ideas.

The prodigal son said – I will go back home.

Proverbs 29:18. Where there is no revelation, people perish.

We need revelation of a better life.

In 2 Kings 7:3 They were dissatisfied with the present situation.

There are places you go and you tell God, Baba, I'm not settling here. I was posted to Huruma and I left there, left salary. This is too low.

Do not get settled in a limiting situation. We can do anything, we begin small but go higher. Don't walk in pride. Start small and grow.

Vs 5. They got up. They didn't just strategize. To live life without limits you must get up.

The prodigal son left without a letter of recommendation.

Faith is not magic. With Faith you have to take up action which is backed by responsibility and lined up with God's word. Relevant action.

The Lepers got inspired to overcome their adversity. It must have been painful, bleeding but they went on.

Even if it means relocating, leaving my friends.

Think, act. Think, act. Make up your mind and don't keep thinking.

If we die, let it be so.

Some people are waiting for an ideal situation. Life is not a laboratory environment. Think, do and let God take charge of the rest.

We must be ready to be dissatisfied with our current situation.

Jesus hope of glory will arise for you.

I'm in the river that flows from Your throne Water of life, water of life It covers me and I breath again Your love is breath to my soul

I can hear Your voice as You sing over me It's Your song of hope breathing life into me I can feel Your touch as I come close to You And it heals my heart, You restore and renew. (Lyrics of the song I can hear your voice - Michael W. Smith Album Worship again.)

This is my desire, To honor You Lord, with all my heart, I worship You All I have within me, I give You praise All that I adore, Is in You

Lord, I give You my heart, I give You my soul, I live for You alone Every breath that I take, Every moment I'm awake Lord, have Your way in me (Lyrics from the song I give you my heart – Michael W Smith album worship again.)

This season your hope will soar

Arise - It takes effort

Saturday 17-8-13 Devotion - Excerpts from two devotionals.

Open Heavens 20-6-13 A smooth stone. You cannot be a smooth stone until you do away with anything questionable in your life.

Open Heavens 15-7-13 Laying demands on your calling. Becoming a champion involves a lot of effort while no effort to die a potential champion.

Open Heavens 17-8-13 Working on hardened hearts. The holy spirit working with you will turn God's word in your mouth into fire and the hearts of men into wood. Doctor Jesus specializes on working on men's stoney hearts. Tell him of any.

My Utmost for his highest 17-3 The workers ruling passion. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him - 2 Corinthians 5:9. Is my master ambition to please him and be acceptable to Him, or is it something less, no matter how noble.

My Utmost for his highest 17-8 Are you discouraged in devotion. Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me - Luke 18:22. His words are amazingly hard.

Father in the Name of Jesus help us to always honour you in all that we do. That we may always labour to be accepted of you. I thank you that you work and I bless your holy name. I thank you for the work that you have started in us and I pray that you will be bring it to a good end. Father give us the strength to serve you and work for you. Work on our hardened hearts that they may become hearts of flesh and that we may with compassion and gratitude carry out the good plans you have for us. Father, let our hearts always be kindled with your words and be alight for you. Give us strength to arise and shine for you. Thank you Father, Thank you Jesus, Thank you Holy Spirit. In Jesus Christ Name I pray.

God please give me another chance. I wonder how this body could be broken. I give myself to you. I need another touch from you, God of second chance. (From song second chance – Dan Moses Album Don't give up)

What's coming is better than what's been. Don't ever give up. I see you crying and you are about to loose control.... soon it will come to an end, just endure what you're going through. What's coming is better that what's been . There has been pain that you can't describe... what's coming is better than what been. I'll endure, I know what's coming. I believe I know what's coming. What's coming is better, what coming is better, what's coming is better than what's been (From song – Dan Moses Album Don't give up)
